About the project.

AI-enhanced outpatient clinic management system for Al Kasr Al Ainy Hospitals, with bilingual role-based portals, National ID OCR scanning, and voice-to-text clinical dictation.

The challenge.

Al Kasr Al Ainy's outpatient clinics needed one system that could serve super admins, doctors and patients — in both English and Arabic — across more than 50 clinics.

The approach.

Built a bilingual, responsive Next.js frontend with role-based dashboards for each portal, backed by a NestJS and PostgreSQL service layer, containerised with Docker and connected through RabbitMQ.
